Russellville High School takes pride in its reputation for excellence in education. RHS is a member of the North Central Association of College and Secondary Schools, an accrediting organization requiring high academic standards. At the heart of RHS is an exemplary faculty that involves the 1,150+ students in many learning opportunities. RHS provides over 120 academic courses to meet our students' needs and interests. An abundance of extra-curricular activities and co-curricular activities are also available and are important components of the total educational program. Russellville High School has great community support. A community scholarship program and an awards incentive program called the Renaissance Program, both funded by our community, provide motivation for our students. RHS also benefits from collaborative efforts with our neighbor, Arkansas Tech University. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS: SCHEDULE AND LAPTOP PICK-UP
Schedule and laptop pick-up for RHS students will be from 8:30 am until 3 pm in the cafeteria on the following dates:
August 3 for Seniors
August 4 for Juniors
August 5 for Sophomores
**In order to pick up laptops, both students and parents MUST sign the "Laptop Program Acceptable Use Agreement Form" AND the "Internet Use Agreement Form." These forms must be signed and turned in before the laptops can be assigned to the student. Copies of the forms are in the RHS office and can also be accessed here.
RHS Sophomore/New Student Orientation & RHS Open House:
August 8, 2016:
Sophomore and New Student Orientation 5:30 to 6:15 in the RHS Cafeteria.
Open House for ALL RHS Parents and Students 6:30 to 8:15 in the RHS Cafeteria. There will be a brief presentation starting at 6:30 p.m. At approximately 7:00, parents and students will be released from the cafeteria to visit teachers in their classrooms.
